Fayed allegedly paid Jose Luis Moya $25,000 to carry out the stabbing death of his estranged wife Pamela in July. Moya also pleaded not guilty.
The Fayeds were reportedly fighting for control of their joint business amid a bitter divorce.
A preliminary hearing is set for next month.
