Rescued climber: Bugs 'like hot tamales'

A mountain climber who survived five chilly nights stranded on a mountain eating bugs to stay alive is recovering in an Oregon hospital on Thursday.Derek Mamoyac broke his ankle climbing down Mount Adams in Washington. The 27-year-old was forced to crawl along the rough terrain.

He survived by eating insects. From his hospital bed, Mamoyac explained how they tasted, described Centipedes as "like Doritos" and ants like "hot tamales."

Mamoyac was found by a rescue team after five days. He's recovering from a broken and dislocated ankle and frostbitten toes.
