Obese air passengers win in Canada

The high court upheld a decision by the Canadian transportation agency that said, "People who are functionally disabled by obesity" deserve to have two seats for one fare.

Several Canadian airlines appealed to Canada's high court to overturn the decision after losing another appeal in May.

The Supreme Court's decision means that the one person, one fare policy stands.
