Richie, Madden expecting second child

LOS ANGELES In a message on his band Good Charlotte's Web site, 29-year-old Madden writes he's happy that their daughter is going to be a big sister.

The couple welcomed daughter Harlow on January 11, 2008.

There's no word when the baby is due.
