Man shot to death, dumped in alley

COMPTON, Calif. Police said a man was shot then dumped in an alley on the 15000 block of Lime Avenue, near San Luis Street, at about 9:30 p.m.

The victim was declared dead at the scene.

Authorities don't know if it was gang-related.
