Mayor to launch discounted drugs program

LOS ANGELES The mayor is expected to outline the LARx Prescriptions Savings Program later on Monday.

The program will provide discounts on prescriptions drugs and will be open to anyone who is interested. The savings will range from 5 to 40 percent, depending on the drug.
