Altercation turns fatal at family party

BUENA PARK, Calif. Investigators say gang members at the party were asked to leave the house on Bel Air Street near Crescent Avenue.

But that sparked a fight, and the suspect then left and came back armed.

The 42-year old victim, who was also armed, confronted the suspect around 12:30 Sunday morning and was shot in the torso.
