They say a police squad car, which was traveling eastbound, struck her car in the intersection.
The accident occurred just after midnight Friday.
The woman and both officers were taken to the hospital. One officer suffered a fractured arm and cuts.
The other has cuts and bruises. The driver of the BMW underwent surgery for serious injuries and is in critical condition.
