Wood County saw a decrease by the same amount, coming in at 11.6% for March.
Ottawa County's 18% was lower than February, but was still the third highest jobless rate in the state.
The city of Toledo had an unemployment rate of 13.3%, that's down slightly from the 13.5% reported in February. We'll have a full breakdown for you today at noon.
