A West Valley woman escaped a would-be kidnapper on Wednesday morning. Police need the public's help to bring him to justice.Authorities said the woman was walking to her car in an apartment complex in the 17900 block of Sherman Way when the man approached her and covered her mouth with his hand. The two struggled, and the woman eventually was able to run off.
