Bruckheimer to make impressions at Grauman's

Movie and television producer Jerry Bruckheimer will add his hand and footprints Monday to the famous impressions set in concrete at Grauman's Chinese Theatre.The ceremony is set to take place at 5:30 p.m. The honor comes 11 days before the release of Bruckheimer's latest film, "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time."

Bruckheimer's hand and footprints will become part of a display featuring some 200 celebrity impressions.

Bruckheimer's films have earned worldwide revenues of more than $15 billion in box office, home entertainment and music receipts and have garnered 41 Academy Award nominations and six Oscars.

Bruckheimer's film producing credits include "Top Gun," "Days of Thunder," "Beverly Hills Cop," "Bad Boys," "Dangerous Minds," "Crimson Tide," "The Rock," "Con Air," "Armageddon," "Enemy of the State," "Gone in 60 Seconds," "Coyote Ugly," "Remember the Titans," "Pearl Harbor," "Black Hawk Down," the "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "National Treasure" franchises.
