The shootings took place in the 5200 block of Banewell Avenue, near Arrow Highway. Michael Velez, 30, died at the scene.
The second victim, who has not been identified as of Monday, was found in a vehicle down the street from where the first shooting occurred. Investigators believe the second man may have shot the first victim.
The third suspect, who is still on the loose, may have shot the second victim before fleeing the scene.
