Man hurt in Norwalk shooting; suspect sought

Authorities are searching for a suspect they said shot and wounded a man right in front of his home Wednesday night.Officials said the victim was pulling into his driveway near Allard Street and Bombardier Avenue when another man walked up and opened fire.

The victim was hit in the forearm.

He drove himself to the Norwalk sheriff's station to report the shooting. He was then taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition.

The suspect was described only as a man in his twenties.
