Nutrition labels can be deceptive especially when it comes to listing trans fats, according to new research findings.A researcher found that even when labels say no trans fats, foods often contained them.

The researcher says foods that claim not to have trans fats sometimes have partially hydrogenated oils, which do have trans fat in them.

The research is published in the American Journal of Health.
