Los Angeles County officials say a laptop was stolen from a health center that contained records of 667 people.
The theft from the Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in Downey was noticed last month.
The laptop contained names, dates, medical history and other information about the patients. Their Social Security numbers were not included.
