Police just released surveillance video and they're hoping someone can identify the man in it. Officers said on Jan. 28, he entered an underground parking garage at an apartment complex in the 2200 block of Fox Hills Drive.
The man is accused of swiping a mountain bike and other items before taking off. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 1-877-LAPD24-7.
