The fire was reported at about 1 a.m. on the 19000 block of Krameria Avenue.
Authorities said the cause was an electrical shortage on the skylight. The fire was contained to one room and was knocked down in about 30 minutes.
Several classrooms had water damage but no classroom equipment was damaged.
No injuries were reported.
