Cryer is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for "Two and a Half Men."
Scott Caan, Bryan Cranston, Jason O'Mara and Kerry Washington were announced Tuesday as additional presenters.
The group will join previously announced presenters Will Arnett, Don Cheadle, Kaley Cuoco, Zooey Deschanel, Ashton Kutcher, Rob Lowe, Julianna Margulies, Melissa McCarthy, Lea Michele, Amy Poehler, Ian Somerhalder and Sofia Vergara.
Jane Lynch will host the awards show from the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles on Sunday, Sept. 18.
