AZUSA, Calif. --
An attempted assault on a woman in Azusa near the 1100 block of East Alosta Avenue has residents on alert.Officers say a Citrus College student was walking early Monday morning when she noticed a dark SUV following her.
She ran away before a man approached her from behind and grabbed her shoulder. Police say he let her go when he was distracted by something.
The suspect was described as a 20-year-old man who is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 200 pounds.
Officers say there have been other suspicious incidents in the area.
