Police said the man was seen following teenage girls running around Hale Middle School in the early morning hours.
They describe him as a Caucasian or Hispanic male, in his 30s with shaved or short hair.
Authorities said the suspect was driving a black Toyota Corolla with license plate number 4YWE392.
