The crash happened on the 1700 block of West Glenoaks Boulevard.
Firefighters said a middle-aged woman was leaving a store in the same parking lot when she said her accelerator became stuck.
She swerved to avoid hitting pedestrians and ran into the Starbucks store.
Two of the injured people were taken to a hospital. The other declined to go.
