The Long Beach Fire Department said the family's vehicle left the road just before 11 p.m., rolled over several times and landed on railroad tracks.
Firefighters cut all three victims out of the wreckage. The girl and her father were declared dead on the scene. Her mother was pronounced dead at the hospital.
None of the victims' names were immediately released. The crash remains under investigation.
