Michael Franks, 29, of Riverside, was arrested last week. He's accused of committing at least 10 bank robberies in Orange County and another in Palm Springs.
The suspect was referred to as the "Snowboarder Bandit" due to the ski-type clothing he was often seen wearing during the robberies.
Franks is currently being held in the Orange County jail without bail.
