A traffic camera recorded the incident and shows the girl fall out of the car at a busy intersection.
She barely missed the back tire and fell straight into the path of an oncoming taxi. Her father immediately jumps out behind her, while the car is still moving.
It ended up running off the road and hitting a tree. There's no word if the girl was seriously injured.
