Cassidy Goodson used a Santa Claus doll to show police how she killed her son just after secretly giving birth in the bathroom of her parents' home in September.
"I felt to see if it was breathing or not, and it did, so I put my hands around its throat to make it stop breathing," Goodson says in the video.
In a stunning step-by-step reenactment, Goodson left no detail out for investigators. She told detectives she choked the baby for about one minute. When asked how hard she squeezed, Goodson said, "Enough for it to stop breathing."
The teen said she wore baggy clothes and cheated on pregnancy tests her mom forced her to take in order to keep her pregnancy secret. She said she killed her baby because she was afraid of getting in trouble.
Goodson has been charged with first-degree murder. If convicted, she faces life in prison.
