A new record has been set for the highest-priced home sale in Los Angeles County.

Fleur de Lys, a 5-acre estate between Carolwood and Angelo drives in West Los Angeles, was sold for $102 million.

Socialite Suzanne Saperstein first placed the vast compound on the market in 2007. Three international billionaires participated in a bidding war before Saperstein settled for an all-cash deal.

The 50,000-square-foot property features formal gardens, a tree-lined driveway, ballroom and movie theater.

Portions of the home were seen in the movie, "The Green Hornet."
