The tour was announced on both artists' websites on Monday with a poster of the two wearing ski masks.
The tour kicks off on June 25 at the Sunlife Stadium in Miami and ends on Aug. 5 at AT&T Park in San Francisco. The "One the Run" tour comes to Pasadena at the Rose Bowl on Aug. 2.
Pre-sale for Beyonce's fan club starts Tuesday at 8 a.m. PT, and general admission tickets go on sale on Friday at 10 a.m. PT.
Tour organizers will donate $1 from every ticket to the Shawn Carter Foundation.
Beyonce and Jay Z have several songs together, including "Crazy In Love," "'03 Bonnie & Clyde" and "Drunk In Love." The couple married in 2008 and had their first child, Blue Ivy Carter, in 2012.
Last week, the Pasadena City Council approved an appearance for Beyonce and Jay Z at the Rose Bowl.
