Suspect injured in Laguna Woods deputy-involved shooting

LAGUNA WOODS, Calif. (KABC) -- One suspect was injured in a sheriff's deputy-involved shooting in Laguna Woods Tuesday afternoon, officials said.

The incident happened in the 600 block of Avenida Sevilla, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

Officials say one suspect was injured and transported to a local hospital.

No deputies were injured.
