Piles of trash in Hollywood concern residents

HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Hollywood residents have contacted Eyewitness News about piles of trash littering their neighborhood.

The problem: The objects can't be removed if they are owned by a homeless person.
