ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KABC) -- A man faced a judge Friday in Albuquerque, New Mexico, after he allegedly attacked a bus driver, knocking him out cold.
The alleged attack was all captured on camera.
Thomas Crum is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police say Crum became upset after the driver told him he had to get off the bus because his passes were expired.
Crum is seen on video threatening the driver a number of times, even trying to take over the bus before punching the driver in the face, and knocking him out cold.
Albuquerque police arrested Crum a couple blocks away.
Crum appeared before a judge and was assigned $10,000 bond. Upset, he began talking back to law enforcement. The judge called him back and hit him with a contempt of court charge.
