GLENDORA, Calif. (KABC) -- As creepy clowns have been popping up all over California, police are starting to make arrests.
A 19-year-old was arrested by Glendora police on Wednesday after authorities said he made threats against his former high school, Sierra High, via social media accounts dedicated to clowns.

William Salazar was being held on $50,000 bail.

These creepy clown sightings have been reported in Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire and in cities across the country.
