Armed suspect taken into custody on Pico Rivera roof

PICO RIVERA, Calif. (KABC) -- An armed suspect was taken into custody on the roof of a business in Pico Rivera on Sunday night.

Sheriff's deputies said they were looking for a stolen vehicle suspect on the south end of the city, near Rosemead Boulevard and Telegraph Road around 4 p.m.

The suspect was located on a roof. A SWAT team responded to the scene

At about 8:30 p.m. the suspect was arrested without further incident.
