Rainbow Room to remain closed for renovations after roach infestation

WEST HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Rainbow Bar and Grill will remain shut down through Thursday as it undergoes renovations.

The unexpected remodeling project began after the health department discovered a cockroach infestation inside the West Hollywood restaurant.

Despite being one of the Sunset Strip's most iconic locations, the grill will keep its doors shut until the liquor room is repaired and the health department can give an all clear.
