SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) -- Roseanne Barr is taking on a new venture - investing in a medical marijuana dispensary in Orange County.
The comedian and political activist is becoming a partner in a Santa Ana venture to be called Roseanne's Joint, the Orange County Register reported.
The dispensary will also feature products grown on Barr's farm in Hawaii, such as chocolate-covered macadamia nuts laced with marijuana.
In recent years, Barr has been vocal in her support for medical marijuana. She has said she is going blind from macular degeneration and glaucoma and uses pot to help ease the pain. She ran for president in 2012 on the Peace and Freedom Party.
