Snow comes to the San Gabriel mountains

WRIGHTWOOD, Calif. (KABC) -- The winter storm brought a fresh coating of snow to the San Gabriel Mountains on Monday.

People in Wrightwood were breaking out their snow plows, shovels and tire chains.

Fresh powder means new runs for snowboarders and skiers at Mountain High Resort.

If you're heading to the mountains, be sure to give yourself extra time and remember tire chains or four-wheel drive are required.
