ARIZONA (KABC) -- A passenger, who was on synthetic drugs, is suspected of assaulting an Arizona bus driver while the bus was moving, causing it to crash into a pole.

Kamilo Garcia was caught on surveillance video repeatedly punching the driver. While the victim tries to fight off the attack, several passengers attempted to subdue Garcia.

Garcia said the last thing he remembers about that day is buying beer and smoking spice. He was already on probation for assaulting a police officer because of an adverse reaction to spice.
