THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (KABC) -- Two men have been arrested in connection to a bank robbery in Thousand Oaks.
The armed robbery happened around 6 p.m. Monday at the U.S. Bank inside a Vons store at 2048 Avenida De Los Arboles.
Police say one suspect entered the bank wearing a motorcycle helmet, displayed a handgun and demanded money. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, he ran out of the store and got on the back of a scooter, where the second suspect was waiting for him.
Investigators eventually arrested 19-year-old Dylan Bogart and 20-year-old Jasen Eckhart, both of Thousand Oaks.
Eckhart and Bogart were booked into the Ventura County Jail for armed bank robbery. Their bail was expected to be set at $50,000 pending their arraignment on Friday.
