Cheney also joked about the Pope's visit to Washington D.C., saying he wanted to confess to the Pope that he's been thinking unkind thoughts about the news media.
Cheney also recounted how he asked his wife at the breakfast table if it bugs her that people call him "Darth Vader." He said she answered, "Not at all. It humanizes you."
