Report: Toddlers are under vaccinated

The report finds 72 percent of 2-year-olds aren't getting vaccinated on time.

Some parents find the immunization schedule overwhelming and sometimes they actually miss doses altogether.

Doctors say the recent outbreaks of vaccine preventable diseases such as measles are due to missed vaccines.

And some experts suggest children with vaccine lapses may need to be re-immunized.
