Cynthia Perez, 14, was sitting in a car in a Rite Aid parking lot when a bullet hit her in the head and killed her last week.
Police have since arrested a juvenile. Authorities say he was aiming at someone else when he shot Perez.
Car wash donations will go to the victim's parents.
