Wilson: Gov. should fight recall threat

ANAHEIM, Calif. Wilson spoke at the state party convention in Anaheim this weekend. He says the party should fight the recall being pursued by the union representing state prison guards.

Governor Schwarzenegger took office after the last gubernatorial recall, which ousted Democratic Governor Gray Davis. The California Republican Assembly has been unhappy with Schwarzenegger, particularly with regard to state finances. It voted this weekend to investigate whether it should join the recall.
