FBI agent may have helped Pellicano

LOS ANGELES The Los Angeles Times reports the agent has been charged with illegally accessing the FBI's computers in order to help Pellicano defend himself in court.

The agent worked in the FBI press office in Washington.

Pellicano is awaiting sentencing.
