Reward offered in suspicious death

VENTURA, Calif. The body was found on the ground near a pay phone in the area of McMillan Avenue and Main Street in Ventura.

Officers found the 31-year-old Hispanic victim, and declared him dead at the scene.

The cause of death is unknown pending autopsy results, but authorities have ruled the death suspicious.

The man's name has not yet been released.
