Woman killed in street race, suspect sought

Police are looking for a second driver involved in a street race that killed a 19-year-old woman Monday night.Police say a Honda Civic was racing a Mustang in northeast Los Angeles when the driver of the Honda pulled in front of the Mustang and slammed on the brakes sharply.

The driver of the Mustang, identified as 19-year-old Jesus Lopez, lost control of his car and hit two parked cars, a light pole and an iron fence. Estephani Orduna, 19, was a passenger in the Mustang and was killed in the crash.

Lopez was arrested at the scene on manslaughter charges. Police are looking for the driver of the Honda who fled the scene.
