NYC pays tribute to victims of 9/11 attacks

NEW YORK As the ninth anniversary of the /*9/11*/ attacks approaches, the city is preparing for a memorial ceremony at the former site of the /*World Trade Center*/.

The ceremony will be attended by /*Vice President Joe Biden*/.

The anniversary comes as workers continue construct a special memorial at the site.

On Tuesday, two 70-foot high steel columns, known as the trident, were installed in what will be the 9/11 Memorial Museum.
