The video was taken by Eric Meyers, the county's emergency manager. He can be heard in the video shouting, "We are in a tornado! We are in a tornado!"
The tornado can be seen tearing buildings apart and flinging debris through the air. Hail the size of baseballs was reported in some areas.
Although there were several minor injuries, there are no reports of anyone being seriously hurt.
