Singer Lady Gaga appeared on "Good Morning America" on Thursday to talk about topics ranging from music to AIDS awareness to plastic eggs.

The outspoken singer appeared on the show wearing what she called a latex condom-inspired outfit.

On Sunday, she took home Grammy Awards for best pop vocal album and best female pop performance.

But most of the attention was focused on her over-the-top arrival in a plastic egg.

When "Good Morning America" co-host Robin Roberts asked the eclectic performer how long she stayed in the egg, Lady Gaga said she was in the oval contraption for three days.

"I was viva-glamming for three whole days, because I wanted to have a rebirth, and I think the universe needs to have a rebirth," the singer said.

Gaga is also promoting a new Mac lipstick with all proceeds going toward AIDS education and prevention.
