Officers said Thursday morning they got a frantic 911 call from a woman at a home in the 7300 block of Eisenhower Street.
The woman apparently interrupted a burglary. She said the suspect came out of a room, pushed her down, tied and gagged her. He took off with some property. She wasn't hurt.
