The automaker said Friday it will resume car production at all its Japanese plants from April 18 to April 27.
It will operate at about half its normal capacity because of parts shortages.
Production will then stop from April 28 to May 9, a period that includes holidays when factories would normally close.
There's no word on when full production will resume.
