Fish cooked certain ways is better for heart

LOS ANGELES

Experts found women who ate five servings of broiled fish had a 30-percent lower risk of heart failure.

However, women who ate one serving of fried fish increased their risk of heart failure by as much as 48 percent.

Experts say the best heart-healthy fish is salmon.
